Sewing Bag
Cottonreel has what looks like a nifty sewing bag that you can carry your rulers, and more in when you are going to class or retreat. Seems easy enough to follow the instructions.
Pear Pincushion
UK lass in US has a pear pincushion pattern to share. I love these and really will make some up. I have a pattern here already to use as I made my own up a few years ago when I made a doll called Pippa and her Pear. But this is a nice shaped pear to whip up. She also has an apple too. There is also a crayon roll to store the kids crayons in. She has instructions for 16 larger crayons or 24 regulars size crayons.

Angies Bits and Pieces is holding a Christmas BOM called Christmas Hodge Podge. Brought to you in 5 monthly installments (July-November), a separate file is offered with the yardage requirements for the borders, layout guides with the measurements for the background blocks, and an assembly diagram. This file will remain online (free) through November.
The Christmas Hodge Podge designs will be posted the first week of each month. Only the current month's blocks will be offered for free. Blocks from previous months will continue to be available for registered members, should you care to subscribe.
