Rebecca from Blinking Flights has a bug softie pattern that would be a nice and easy softie to whip up for the kids for Christmas pressies. I think these are really cute for the littlies.
Belle Epoque have a tutorial for a Bias Tape Tote that looks easy enough to make up. I probably would make my own bias binding though and make it a bit thicker.
Angelika has a tutorial for a folded heart ornament...a nice easy effective way to make a heart shaped ornament. It is in German but with Google Translate there is no problem understanding it.
mmmcrafts has such a cute tooth fairy pillow that she is sharing with us. What a lovely pillow for your children to save their "tooty pegs" in...for the little boys there is the Tooth Officer.
Better Homes and Gardens have a pattern to make an ipod holder/case. It has a loop on the back you can attach a metal dog clip to hang it off your bag, belt or pocket.

Piece N Quilt have a tutorial for a simple charm square Crazy Christmas quilt I really like.....gosh, I really need to make another quilt...one day. There are a heap of other tutorials over there I like too...like the Figgy Christmas quilt....very nice indeed.
Jennifer from Bronze Wombat has an amazing folded star patchwork tutorial. You could use this as a trivet, pot holder, coaster or centre piece. Something I will have to try at some stage.

Mrs Moen has a tutorial to make a lovely village table-runner. I really like this and love the effect of the black fabric with white spots she has used to get a snowy look.
What a clever idea Refashion has come up with to whip up an easy dress for a little girl. She has used a pillowcase to make this lovely little dress. Of course you could just use fabric too but there are so many cute pillowcases that are fairly cheap to buy that it would make a nice cheap dress too.
Quilting Works has a pattern for a chicken pincushion. I know we have probably seen these around before but until I got one similar sent to me by my friend Marilyn I dint realise how cute they really were...take a look at mine here.
Living Creatively has this cute little purse to keep your sewing bits and bobs in....I think I would use for money purse though too.
Studio efabrics had got a great range of free patterns....a couple of nice hand bags that I really like, quilts, pincushions and other goodies to try your hand at.
All People Quilt have a nice quilted tote bag pattern. I like this one because its a bit different in shape and looks firm and stands nicely on its own.
Fantastic Toys Blog has a cut tutorial for Cat Toy Plushies....but I myself wouldn't give them to the cat to play with....they are just too cute. A fish, bird and mouse.
Allison from Strandz has a quick quilt to whip up called Crazy Four Patch. I think this would be easy enough to get done without too my drama for even me...LOL...she also has another quilt that looks very effective and yet again easy enough for me to whip up called Whirligigs or Wonky Pinwheels....thanks for sharing with us Allison.
Day 3 of the Christmas Blog Hop is Terry Atkinson who has a cute tutorial for "Molten Chocolate Cake Mug" which is a gooey chocolate cake that bakes right in the mug! You'll make a super simple bag and fill it with the dry ingredients for the cake. Terry has supplied details for a tag with the baking instructions to put into the mug so your receiver can bake the cake.

CoCoJ Designs has a terrific diaper bag tutorial girls. What a lovely diaper bag this is with a ruffle at the top...makes it look much better than just for diapers...lol... or as us Aussiesjavascript:void(0) call them "nappies".
Moda Bake Shop has a new bag up that I really like. Its called the Boutique Shopper. Its using the Moda Layer Cakes but you could just cut the blocks 10" square.
Tricia-Rennea has some cute Halloween themed printables to download. I love her colouring pages but I would use them for stitcheries...very cute...take a look.
Nancy-Rose has a tutorial showing us how to make a scrappy quilt with snowball blocks and nine patch blocks to use up all those old shirts you have or find at the op shop. What a nifty idea Nancy-Rose. Thanks for the great tutorial.

What a cute idea for the girls to make bracelets with all those hundreds of buttons I seem to be accumulating. I can never find a pair out of them....so this is a great idea that Indigo Blue has. I know its nothing new and I have seen them before, but I needed reminding.
